How to play

1
Recline at a 45-degree angle with pillows supporting your back and arms.
2
Place your baby tummy-down on your bare chest (skin-to-skin is best!).
3
Ensure their airways are clear and their head is turned to one side.
4
Hum or speak softly; your voice will encourage them to root and lift their head.

What you need

• Supportive pillows

Simple household items. No plastic toys needed.

Why it works

Builds early neck and shoulder strength while providing the comfort of your heartbeat and scent.

Good to know

This is best enjoyed when you're feeling alert and rested. If you start to feel drowsy, gently move your little one to their own safe sleep space.
