How to play

Place baby on their back on a flat, safe surface (like a changing pad).

Gently hold their ankles or calves with a light touch.

Slowly "cycle" the legs toward the tummy, one at a time.

Tip: If baby feels "gassy," gently press both knees toward their chest for 5 seconds.
