Little Play ("we," "our," or "us") is a mobile application that provides developmental activities for parents of infants aged 0–12 months. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
Baby Profile: We collect your baby's name and date of birth to personalize activities and content for your baby's developmental stage.
Activity Feedback: When you rate activities (love, not sure, or don't like), we store that feedback along with any optional comments you provide.
Suggestions: If you submit activity ideas, we store the text of your suggestion.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data such as screen views and feature interactions to improve the app experience. This data is not linked to your identity.
Locally Stored Data: Generated stories are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Your data is stored securely in their infrastructure. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Amazon Associates: Our product recommendations contain affiliate links to Amazon. When you tap a product link, you are directed to Amazon's website, which is governed by Amazon's Privacy Notice. We do not share your personal data with Amazon.
Little Play is designed for parents, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The baby's name and date of birth are provided by the parent to personalize the experience. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly for operating the app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. When you delete your account, all your data — including your profile, activity feedback, and suggestions — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
