How to play

Remove your shirt and your baby's clothing (keep diaper on).

Place baby on your bare chest with a blanket over both of you.

Ensure your baby's head is turned to the side with their chin tilted slightly up and away from their chest to keep their airway completely clear and open.

Breathe slowly and hum; they will feel the vibrations.

Good to know
