Little Play provides curated developmental activities, personalized stories, and product recommendations for parents of infants aged 0–12 months. The app is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by children.
You must create an account to use Little Play. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

The activities, stories, and recommendations provided in Little Play are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, developmental, or pediatric advice. Always supervise your child during activities and consult your pediatrician with any concerns about your child's development.
Little Play participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Product links in the app are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase. Recommendations are made independently and are not influenced by affiliate relationships. Purchases are made directly through Amazon and are subject to Amazon's terms and policies.
All content in Little Play — including activities, stories, text, graphics, and the app itself — is owned by Little Play and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab in the app. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Little Play is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
